Day 1. Campo Grande – Pantanal
After arrival at the airport of Campo Grande, you will be welcomed by our English-speaking receptionist (with name board) followed by transfer to Pousada Xaraés, situated in the Pantanal. On arrival you will be welcomed by your English speaking guide and shown your room for a refreshing shower. During your stay the following tours will be scheduled at the pousada; boattrips on the river, piranha fishing, caiman spotting, horse-riding and hikes through the surrounding nature. Day 2/3. Pantanal
The trips mentioned above are scheduled at the pousada. The trips will be carefully selected, depending the climate and time of the year and will be guided by local guides specialized in the flora and fauna that make this place unique. During your stay all excursions and meals are included. Overnight at Pousada Xaraés. (B,L,D)
Day 4. Pantanal – Bonito
After breakfast, the morning activities and lunch we leave the Pantanal behind and drive along the National Park of Serra da Bodoquena, while you can admire the enormous diversity of breath-taking landscapes and make stops to shoot some photos. At the end of the afternoon we arrive in Bonito, where you check-in at Pousada Olho D Agua. Youo have time to take a refreshing shower, before dinner is served in the restaurant. Day 5. Bonito
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up at the pousada for a visit to the famous Blue Lake Cave (Gruta do Lago Azul). From the entrance you start with a 40 minutes walk towards the cave, and after descending 100 meters, you will see the inside lake with crystal clear water. The depth is 72 meters and in the morning when the sunbeams hit the lake, the water will have an intense blue color, explaining the name of this cave. At the afternoon visit to Rio da Prata, lunch will be served here. After a short relax break we start the tour. Our dive begins at the East of Olho D água River. The access to there is by an agreeable stroll through the interpretative trail in the Da Prata ciliary rivers forest. In this course you will find the rich flora and if you are a little bit lucky maybe you can see others wild animals as the mutum, the udu, the nail-monkey, the cutia and the queixada. Walks through rustic trails for more than 1.6 mile. The most transparent fresh-water rivers in the world, rich in aquatic fauna and flora. Overnight at Pousada Olho D Agua . (B,L,D)
Day 6. Bonito
After breakfast your guide will pick you up at the pousada and we head for the National Park of Serra da Bodoquena, where we will visit the Boca da Onça Ecotour. Here a safe trail leads you through the jungle about 5.5km (3.1 mi) with magnificient scenes on every step you take. You will see hundred-years-old trees and 12 waterfalls, including the highest of the State of South Mato Grosso, the Cachoeira Boca da Onça (Jaguars mouth waterfall) with a height of 156m (512 ft). There are several stops for a refreshing dip at natural swimming pools with a massage, offered by the waterfalls, which the Indians already enjoyed. Lunch is included and back at the reception you can take a rest or use the swimmingpools with hydro-massage and real typical fish of this region. At the end of the afternoon return to your pousada in Bonito, where dinner will be served. (B,L,D)
Day 7. Bonito – Campo Grande
Depending your domestic flight, you have time the morning at leisure to stroll around the city, rent a bike or join another (optional) tour. Around midday our driver will pick you up at the pousada for transfer to the airport of Campo Grande in time for your domestic flight. (B)
