Day 1 Manaus - Amazon Village
You will be picked up at the airport at 14:00 hrs, and driven to Ceasa Port. From there a regional boat will sail through the "Meeting of the Waters," where the Solimoes and Negro Rivers meet to form the Amazon, and arrive at the Amazon Village. After a buffet dinner at the lodge, you will depart by motorized canoe with a guide, in search of alligators. Overnight. (D)
Day 2 Amazon Village
After breakfast, depart by canoe to a nearby riverside clearing. An experienced native will guide you through the jungle to explore and discover the wonders of the Amazon forest. In the afternoon, ride in a canoe with an outboard motor and guide. Explore the "igarapes" (narrow creeks) and "igarapos" (flooded forest), only from February to September during high water season. Overnight. (B,L,D)
Day 3 Amazon Village - Manaus
After breakfast, return to the airport for your connecting or international flight. (B)

Departure around 09:00 hrs in motorized canoe with guide to try to catch local fish, such as, tucunaré, tambaqui and piranha. Afterwards, travelers will learn about the customs and way of life of these native inhabitants, descendants of the indians. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight. (B,L,D)
Day 4 Amazon Village - Manaus
After breakfast, return to the airport for your connecting or international flight. (B)
Package includes:
All transfers, accommodation, activities, English-speaking jungle guide and full board.
What to bring:
light weight pants, T-shirts, long sleeved shirts, shorts, bathing suit, extra socks and underwear, sandals, good walking and/or old tennis shoes, windbreaker, sun hat, flash light, non-electric razor, sun screen, insect repellent, binoculars, camera, film, extra batteries, small first aid kit.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- No air conditioning in the regional boat.
- For safety procedures, the maximum luggage allowance in the boat is 5kg (11 lb) per person. The main luggage can be stored in our office in Manaus which has appropriate storing facilities;
- The water level during September/October/November/December is low, the dry period. During that time, part of the transfer is done by canoe and guests may still have to walk 300m (330 yards).
- Transfers and local excursions are on regular basis. They are subject to alterations and/or cancellations, without previous notice, depending on the weather conditions and/or water level.
